I am in love with my coffee table! It adds the perfect vibe to my living room and everybody that visits always points it out. It has great quality and is also the perfect size. Building it was also a breeze and a one person job. 10/10 recommend. When I placed my order, I put in the wrong address and the Dayalane family was able to change it for me and shipped out to the right address within the same time frame.

Shipping was on time. But, not happy for the chairs' height. Not met my expectations.😔 Wood quality is great. Did not like how the using of the product top notch safe. Don't lean to the side of the chair.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you liked the wood quality and on‑time delivery, but we're sorry the chair height didn't meet your expectations. Please check the height specs on our product page – if it doesn't work for you, contact us and we can help with alternatives. We also appreciate your safety feedback and will review it with our team. Amazing quality and a great experience. I’m extremely happy with my experience with Dayalane. The quality of their products is amazing, and you can really see the attention to detail in everything from the materials and textures to the finishes. My coffee table looks even better in person and feels beautifully made. The entire experience was also seamless. Delivery was fast, everything arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition, and their customer service was wonderful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Dayalane and would absolutely consider their pieces again for future spaces and projects.

Ordered chair with ottoman I thought. Turns out, the ottoman wasn’t included. Called customer service & she wasn’t any help at all. Can’t even order the ottoman separately.

Hi Don, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate you allowing us to clarify the situation. We understand why this was frustrating. The product page includes different configuration options, including “Chair” and “Chair + Ottoman”, and the selected configuration determines what is included in the order. Your order was placed under the “Chair” configuration, which is why only the chair was delivered. That said, we completely understand that the product images showing the chair with an ottoman may have confused you, and we sincerely apologize if the page layout did not make the options clear enough. We have taken your feedback seriously and are reviewing how we display product configurations to make the shopping experience clearer for future customers. We also want to clarify that we never intended to misrepresent the product or your purchase. We have always been committed to providing accurate product information and helping customers find the best solution. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope we can have the opportunity to make this right. If you would like to discuss adding the ottoman or any other solution, our support team is always happy to assist. Best regards, DAYALANE CS Team

This is my second purchase with Dayalane and the dining chairs I ordered this time are of excellent quality. They are sturdy, modern, beautiful, and reasonably priced. Very fast shipping and when I email them they respond quickly as well. My first purchase was over a year ago for an accent chair for my business. It is solid and still in great condition despite heavy use. Thank you Dayalane! I will be purchasing more furniture in the future!

Thank you for your loyalty and this glowing review! We're so glad you love both your new dining chairs and your accent chair from last year – quality and durability are what we stand for. Fast shipping and quick responses are our promise. We can't wait to serve you again!

I feel they advertised and showed a Chair + Ottoman. Confirmed in an email after I purchased it that I was getting a Chair + Ottoman and then only delivered the chair and never delivered the ottoman and said that I had to purchase that separately. I sent them screen shots of the confirmation I received saying that I purchased a Chair × Ottoman and they refused to honor sending me the ottoman. Im very dissatisfied and feel they completely misrepresented both the sale and the confirmation ...and the customer support.
