Terrible return policy…. Product does not look same as online picture( color is completely off)

As I was putting a chair together, I noticed the zipper was broken. I contacted the company and they sent me out a whole new chair free of charge. Their customer service was top notch and were swift at helping me. Will be using Daylane for future orders.

I LOVE MY NEW MODERN CHAIR AND OTTOMAN! IT’S KIND OF DIFFERENT WHICH IS WHAT ATTRACTED ME TO IT!!! ALSO, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE. THEY PLACED IT EXACTLY WHERE I REQUESTED. OVERALL, I AM VERY PLEASED AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO ORDER FROM DAYALANE AGAIN.
