Dear Lon, We truly appreciate your time and understand your concerns. However, we want to address this matter with complete transparency for the benefit of all customers. From the start, we handled your order with honesty. During our quality control process, we discovered a discrepancy that didn’t meet our standards. To ensure you weren’t inconvenienced, we decided to halt production and issue a full refund. Regarding the product still being listed on our site, please note that while items may remain in our catalog, we pause fulfillment if the product doesn’t meet our quality benchmarks, which is exactly what we did in your case. While we acted transparently and promptly refunded your order, we were disheartened by your review calling us 'unreliable.' We understand your disappointment, but we feel this doesn’t reflect the usual service and quality we aim to provide. We hope this clarifies the situation for others and that you understand the steps we took to resolve it in a fair and honest manner. Thank you again for your time, and we wish you all the best. Best regards, Team Danezon.

Dear Crystal, We sincerely appreciate your time and understand your disappointment. Our goal has always been to provide a fair and timely resolution, and we regret that you feel unheard. We want to assure you that as soon as you first reached out regarding the size concern, we responded promptly, offering solutions and requesting further details to proceed. Since then, we have followed up multiple times with valuable resolutions, including compensation options—even without requiring a return. However, we did not receive any response from your side. We genuinely want to resolve this matter in a way that works best for you. Kindly check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for our previous emails and let us know how you'd like to proceed. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to close this matter positively. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Team Danezon.
