Ordered a Philadelphia Eagles jacket. The product was delayed in the manufacturing process, which was fine. However, upon opening the package I received it in I was met with a foul odor like sweat that made me want to vomit. After letting the jacket air out, I found that there was already a rip in the material. To top it all off, when I checked about returning the item, I learned that the store policy is that returns must be made within 24 hours or else they will not be accepted. I was offered a partial refund of $15 on a $200+ item. So, watch out if purchasing from this store as the quality of the product is not great and the exchange/refund policy clearly reflects that. Feels like a scam.

Dear Isabelle, Firstly, please rest assured that we are not involved in any fraudulent activities, nor do we intend to scam our valued customers. We take your concerns very seriously and are committed to resolving this matter promptly. We have thoroughly reviewed all communication and interactions, and we would like to clarify our position with complete transparency. At Danezon, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our policies. Our return and exchange policy clearly states that any issues related to manufacturing defects, sizing, shipping, or other concerns should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This does not mean that returns must be completed within 24 hours—it simply ensures that concerns are raised promptly so we can begin the necessary investigation and provide a resolution accordingly. Investigations take time, and we always aim to resolve issues fairly. We sincerely regret any misunderstanding regarding our policies and encourage you to review them in detail again. Additionally, we want to assure you that we are reconsidering your complaint. Please check our recent email for further updates on how we plan to proceed with the resolution. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this in the best possible way. Best regards, Team Danezon.

Update 2.17.2025, Capital One did refund my money as Danezon did not respond to their emails. Capital One took the hit on this transaction. I can’t thank them enough. Please proceed with caution. Ordered jacket on January 25th thinking this was a legitimate website. Clearly it’s not. Here we are now at February 13th and their website states it’s processing my order. It doesn’t take 18days to process anything. Filed a fraud claim with Capital One. Please folks, stay clear from here.
Response from Danezon· Feb 17, 2025
Dear David, We have already responded to you multiple times, explaining the reason for the delay along with compensation for any inconvenience caused. However, it seems that those emails might have gone unnoticed by your side. Please check your email for further details. Otherwise, you can still feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], and everything will be clarified for your convenience once again. Best regards, Team Danezon.
