Zoe is incredible at her job in customer service. I felt heard, valued as a customer, and truly cared about as a human. Zoe listened to my concerns and helped me explore every option and possibility to address it.

I hadn’t run out yet and my subscription accidentally renewed. I was really stressed out, but they were able to stop the shipment and refund me. They are amazing.

I requested cancellation of my subscription in May. It was not processed. Because of my busy schedule, I didn't review my statements until recently and found Curology had continued charging me twice after that cancellation request, and these were not minor amounts. When I asked for a refund backdated to my May cancellation request, I was asked with repeated demands for "proof." The problem: to access my own message history, past orders, and billing records — the exact information needed to substantiate my claim — the site requires me to reactivate a paid subscription. So the company is charging me to access records that would prove I was overcharged. This is a customer service process that gatekeeps a customer's own account data behind a paywall, then denies a refund for lack of documentation it has made inaccessible. And even if you need to reactive, that in itself is a whole process. Overall, they seem to have all day to gatekeep you from a refund. Save your time, and don't even start your subscription here. There are plenty better competitors with better customer experience.

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I didn’t have to. The customer services AI is a joke. They don’t even have the nerve to speak with the customers they know what they’re doing, and this is another way of avoiding it keeping our money they stole and draw interest on it or hang onto it and wish that we just go away. they state their transparent if they were so transparent there wouldn’t be 113 complaints on the Better Business Bureau for the same reason on the trial period If the product was that great, why sneak and steal people’s money? especially seniors like myself I urge all of you to complain to the FCC as well as their merchant Visa & Mastercard I’m a senior and I’m so stressed out right now I can’t stand it. Companies that have to trick people need to be shut down.

Their trial is a scam. I thought the trial was for me to test their products at a discounted rate. What actually ended up happening is that the trial signed me up for a subscription. I was not aware of this and they ended up charging me $155 dollars and sent me more products I didn't ask for. And of course the subscriptions are no refunds. Still disputing the charge, but it's been a headache. The experience has left me feeling like I've been taken advantage of. I won't be purchasing anything from them again. And of course there's no way to contact anyone by phone. Everything is AI and email and "we'll contact you in 48 hours." Typical.

Hi Nesha, thank you for providing this feedback regarding your experience! I apologize for any trial confusion, and I’m happy to clarify what occurred. Your trial is meant to last for the first 30 days of your ongoing subscription. After this 30 day trial if your account remains active and is not canceled durring that trail period, your first full-sized shipment will process and bill. This is explained and authorized at sign up, however I apologize for any confusion! We completely understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we truly want to make things as clear and supportive as possible. To help with that, we sent a reminder email prior to your upcoming shipment date, along with links to manage your subscription, review pricing, or contact our team before the order processed. Since no changes were made to the account prior to the processing date, the order moved forward as scheduled. While we don't currently have a phone line for calls but you can send us a new email to [email protected] or you can text us directly at (415) 200-2060 and we'll be happy to further assist you. If we can be of any further assistance, please do reach back out to us!
