Been using curology for 5+ years now and it has rescued my skin from terrible acne in the beginning and maintained clear skin since then. Recently received a bottle with a broken pump and reached out; was promptly shipped a replacement and received statement credit for shipping the broken pump bottle back. Excellent and prompt customer service, and excellent products that have been working for me for many years now.

I thought there was an issue with the bottle I received. The rep did not hesitate to offer support. They were friendly and efficient. After I realized it was my error, they were still very courteous and kind.

Seven-year loyal subscriber turned away by predatory billing. I formally canceled my subscription box (or so I thought), yet Curology processed an unauthorized $85.58 charge on my account anyway. I immediately refused delivery at the post office, and official tracking history proves the package was successfully returned to sender and is back in Curology's possession. Curology is now actively retaining both my full $85.58 payment AND the physical merchandise. This is a clear case of unjust enrichment and a direct violation of consumer protection standards. Because their automated support system completely stonewalled my refund requests, I have escalated this file to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for formal arbitration. I will also be reporting this transaction to the FTC and state regulatory boards for fraudulent retention of consumer funds. Potential subscribers beware, this company uses predatory loops to trap your money. My skin has actually drastically improved since completely stopping their products anyway.

I’m genuinely so grateful for the support I received from Curology, and especially from Abby! 💗 I had a situation where I really needed some help and wasn’t sure how everything was going to work out, so being met with kindness, understanding, and an actual willingness to help meant so much to me. Abby was incredibly kind, patient, responsive, and reassuring throughout the process. She didn’t make me feel like just another customer or brush off my questions. She actually listened, helped me understand my options, and made the entire experience feel so much easier and less stressful. They do not send a reminder when it’s time for an order to ship, and they send shipments way too early. My bottle doesn’t expire until October but they sent another in September and refused to cancel and refund me, I explained I just lost my job and can’t afford this but they just kept brushing me off.

I’ve been a customer for years now and have never had an issue. My last shipment, however, the face wash had a horrible smell and the night cream was burning my face so bad. I reached out and they got back to me super quickly. They immediately sent me a new supply free of charge AND gave me a $50 credit. So above and beyond! I will always recommend Curology!
