At first I was afraid my cuddle clone wouldn't be done because of a glitch in the message-info requested part of the site. But Abigail in customer service was very attentive and comforting. She communicated with the team that was requesting the additional information. Thank you Abilgail, now I have a beautiful copy of my best friend ❤️.

My Cuddle Clone ordering process was easy and I received quick feedback when I had a question. The Cuddle clone is high quality and looks exactly like my pet. I’m delighted with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend this product to friends and family.

I ordered an Adult size 3x pair of pajamas for my husband's birthday. What arrived was a pair of Youth size 12-14 BOTTOMS only. And also the material is very cheap junk. I paid $94 for this mess. Based in the US, made in China. Garbage.

I was Totally disappointed the clown look nothing like my dog ice at the time they didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to go through the process of returning it, and getting another one done. I wish mine head look like some of them in the pictures exactly like the person’s dog.

Golf head cover of my German Shepard came in and looked great. Fathers Day gift from my kids. 3 months later the ears don’t stay up and now it doesn’t look like him. Customer service won’t budge…30 day policy. I don’t want a refund just want it fixed. They keep responding with a link to their return/refund policy. Asked for a supervisor and was ignored. Link on their parent company’s website is “page not found”. Don’t waste your $250!

As a citizen outside of the US I ordered my cuddleclone, the CuddleClones company applied and made me pay 27% of the original price as tax (the tax applied in my country), when this tax has to be collected by the courier company upon arrival (they also collected the 27%…) and the CuddleClones customer service refuses to see and acknowledge their mistake by collecting the tax, when they themselves state that it is not their job to do so and ar3 not refunding it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

My daughter ordered a cuddle clone of my 17 year old cat (Callie )that had just passed away. I helped her (my daughter) pick out the pictures of Callie. I received Callie the other day. I'm very disappointed. The nose was put on crooked, her tail doesn't have a white tip, the ears - each one is made different and nothing like Callie's ears and the fake fur that was used is very rough and cheap feeling. Callie's head shape is too blocky looking.

10/10 highly recommend. I paid extra to have my clone in 2 weeks. Arrived in 10 days total. Amazing. This dog clone is so real, it actually keeps scaring me. I lost my baby girl 4 weeks ago. She was 17. Cuddle Clones reached out for extra photos and descriptions. I was very detailed in what I wanted to have close attention paid to. Cuddle clones nailed it. I wish I could hug the artists that created my clone. They have brought me such happiness. Thank you. This company truly does care.
