Do not order anything from this company! I ordered three sets of pajamas in the first week of November as Christmas gifts. As the weeks past, there was no communication or any update on my order. I reached out to customer service multiple times and never received a response. On December 7 I saw a refund on my credit card from Cuddle clones in the amount of the original purchase. Again, I tried to get a hold of customer service and it took me days to hear back from them. The response was basically that they don’t know why my order was canceled and that it’s too late now to re-order and receive the items by Christmas. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

When I opened my package, the handle to one of my mugs had been broken off. The mugs were not secured enough. Ive emailed multiple times with no response. The phone number never works. Im extremely disappointed. The pictures came out super cute for both of the mugs but its ridiculous that one was broken and I can’t even get a refund. Also, I wrote my review on the website but it wont be published until its “reviewed by admin” so I will probably STILL not receive an answer. I spent too much money to be hot gluing my Christmas presents! Order from Cuddle Clones with caution!!

Cuddle Clones has a slacker named Odipo providing NON customer service. I emailed customer service about sizing PJ's for a person who is 5-11 and slender, and even attached a photo of the person to give C.C. info about the person that the PJ's are for. Odipo's first response was to tell me that photos of people aren't allowed on PlushClones. He clearly didn't read the email. I pointed out to him that my email said I wanted to order PJ's (not a PlushClone) and that the photo attached was not intended for the PJ's but to help them advise me what size PJ's to order. I got a mushy 'maybe medium'. I asked three more times for guidance about sizing and was given the run around - totally unwilling to make any effort to help me order the correct size. I did not order from C.C. I am looking for another source - one that knows their product and will provide useful customer service.

The Cuddle Non-clone does not look anything like Callie, who is very ill. We have discussed getting a Cuddle Clone for a long time, since Callie is an emotional support pet and was the very first ever pet allowd in Student Housing for the entire time of university. We also had to pay an extra 20% ($52 more!) because the package was NOT marked as Tax Paid. We are so disappointed bc we hoped the "clone" would be an actual match like the advertisements. We will go thru the complaint procedure, because $300 is a LOT of cash, but the ratings are very mixed. 71% success rate is a C-. Because our beloved cat is still here we can prove how crappy this non-clone is. We have a photo of them side by side. The chest is white in the "clone" whereas Callie has colors. If i could post an image i would. How do we proceed? I want the $51 back and a TRULY accurate "clone"! UPDATE 23/12/23: I have also rec'd an email from Jerome at Cuddle Clone admitting the company charged us, up front, over 22% for "taxes". Only the UK charges a 20% VAT (value added tax). What USA state charges almost 23% sales tax? Cuddle Clones seems like they have stolen the tax money. They charged us, we paid it, then CC did not pass that on to the UK, forcing us to pay the tax AGAIN. So to recap, it sure looks to me like they will steal any intl tax they *demand* you prepay, you don't have a choice, they charge it; and then the toy looks very little like your pet unless your pet has a very uniform appearance that some kid can program into a computer. Updated as of Saturday Dec 23, based on an email Cuddle Clone just sent us, admitting that the charges are: £212 for the "clone", £48.80 for TAXES, and shipping of £30. Does YOUR USA state charge 48.80 divided by 212 = 22.8% in tax? BEWARE. We happen to still have our actual kitty so we can easily compare the real to the very fake. And then they steal from you if they can.

Over 4 weeks ago, I ordered pajamas and a robe for my mother's birthday. I was thrilled when I received the "ready to ship" email. Well.....that was 14 days ago. The are STILL in "pre-shipment." I have repeatedly called and emailed Customer Service and have been told that they do not know where the items are but to give it "more time." The outsourced customer service is AWFUL and now I have nothing to give my mother for her birthday. And I am out $160 (needless to say I am filing a dispute with my credit card company).

We got a Cuddle Clone to honor our dog Lexi after she passed. The first one came so fast we thought it got sent before it was finished. The body of it was Lexi's exact Clone. The head was such a disaster that we gasped in a horrified way. We went through the remake process, advising what changes needed to be made. I sent over 27 pictures of her to show all of the fine details so that they could correct it. The remake was almost as bad as the original. I couldn't believe it. If you even look at her pictures you will know its not even close. But after the remake, there was nothing they could do and claimed that was the best attempt they could make for Lexi. We are absolutely disgusted. It's an insult to Lexi's memory.

They don’t even deserve one star! Terrible Product looked nothing like my pet and would not give me a refund. BIG WASTE OF MONEY

Ordered a clone plush of my baby cat Jax after I couldn't handle his sudden passing from a freak accident with a fence. I even got rush as I was desperate to see his face again. Sent so many pictures, close up, laying down etc, was as detailed as I could be. However, the monstrosity I received was an insult.It was clear they lack good quality control or really just don't care. The limbs were too short and fixed in the wrong places that made them float off of the floor, paws twisted, nose and mouth twisted to side and pulled into one side of the face, flat odd shaped ears that didn't form into the head. I will be posting pictures and more than likely video of the ugly clone I recieved across social media before I return it for a refund (less the rush fee and shipping costs) as "Pre-selected options cannot be changed, like the color of the eyes or the position of the body, ears, mouth, and tail" so what can I change? The body is deformed!. Save your money is all I can say. Cat clones are not their forte for sure.
