I just ordered the great Color Coated Gem Cut Slant Dome as a 25th Wedding Anniversary gift. It arrived extremely fast, the packaging was very secure and safe, the Dome inscription was just perfect and the e-mail progress notices were excellent. I'm so happy with the absolutely beautiful Dome and found the perfect gift at CrystalPlus.com! Thank you!

When trying to use a corporate card, I kept getting an error. This simply said that the transaction FAILED and to check the card number, expiration date, and security code. I tried a few more times retyping those three values just in case I had switched a number or something (as I had been using this card successfully for weeks, including a venue event deposit earlier that day), yet I kept getting the same error. I contacted the card holder and they let me know the billing address had changed, so I tried changing just the zip (that's all they gave me at first), but same error. Finally, I got the entire correct billing address but then the card was just being declined. Mastercard called just a couple minutes later saying that they froze our account because SIX duplicate charges (for ~$2,000 each) all went through. I called Crystal Plus who just said Paypal handles their financial transactions and they couldn't help me but it should go away. So I called Paypal and they confirmed that all six went through successfully on their end! Five business days later, I believe the charges finally went away BUT I was very upset because #1 - the error specifically said the transaction was NOT successful, meaning they should not have been considered even pending in my opinion as that put a $10,000+ hold on the CC account for 5 days, and #2 the error message specifically said to check the card number, exp date, and sic code and not the address - which was the problem. Very dissatisfied with the entire process in general and with the rude customer service on Crystal Plus' end.

We are Very sorry to hear that you have experienced the credit card issue on our website. Due to increasing credit card fraud cases for online shopping, we’ve set up high security criteria to verify with the billing address on our PayPal merchant processing account. That means we will deny the transactions when the billing address does not match with credit card issuing bank record. What we can confirm from our end is we will not get the payment through to our bank account when the PayPal declines the transactions and the order will not be checked out successfully, even if the credit card issuing bank has approved the transaction and hold off your credit limit. We really do not have any control on how the PayPal merchant service or your credit card issuing bank process those declined transactions due to the address mismatch. However, we sincerely appreciate your comments and suggestions and we will work with PayPal Technical Support to get the right error message shown on our website. Please understand all the credit card processing related messages are posted directly from PayPal Merchant Service processing program to our website. It may have certain setting error in the configuration. We hope after all you are satisfied with our product and personalization quality and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that has caused you. From Management Team at CrystalPlus.com

A beautiful gift that anyone would be pleased to receive. More than worth the reasonable price I paid.

I ordered an ornament to celebrate a retirement. I received the proof to review within a few hours. The ornament was just as I hoped - it appeared to be of high quality, the graphics were perfectly aligned, and it sparkled. The recipient was very happy. My only concern was the shipping cost. It cost almost as much to ship this small ornament, as it did to order it. It came in my mailbox by standard delivery, so paying over $20.00 seems exorbitant, and may deter me from ordering in the future.

The entire process of ordering the lovely Waterford crystal bud vase was so easy. Thankfully it did arrive yesterday in time for our former organists retirement party tomorrow after church. She is going to love it as she is a collector of crystal pieces. The inscription with musical symbols is perfect.
