I ordered sunglasses EXPEDITED and 2 weeks later have not received my order. Costa customer service is offering nothing other than there's nothing they can do. Buyer beware Costa took my money and ran.

No wonder they have a 2.6 rating. Trying to get costa sunglasses repaired. Almost impossible with their website. Terrible customer service. Will never purchase costa again

Bought some brand new just released Costa Del Mar Canaveral aviator sunglasses titanium frame gold color glass 550 lenses there incredible sunglasses I bought some Oakleys for about the same money with polycarbonate lenses they absolutely suck the Oakley Ti is the worst ever go thin glass every time for optics clarity scratch resistant LOVE THEm buying a separate pair!

I purchased an item through the Italian Costa Del Mar website and later returned my order. The return was delivered back on May 13, as confirmed by the tracking information and by their own customer care. As of today, I have still not received any refund. This situation is completely unacceptable. I contacted customer service several times and mostly received generic replies without any concrete resolution. I had already requested a resolution by June 17. Then, on June 15, they stated in writing that I would receive the refund within a maximum of 5 working days. That deadline has passed, and I still have not received any reimbursement. This is extremely poor customer service and unacceptable refund handling. A customer should not have to spend weeks chasing a refund after a return has already been delivered and confirmed. This has been a deeply disappointing experience and definitely one I will never repeat.

Costa sunglasses are the most worthless glasses on the market. I bought a pair and 2 weeks later all the rubber came undone and they constantly fell off my head. I was happy to smash them with all my mite and crush them into oblivion. I will never buy another pairnof Costas again as long as I live!!!

My wife bought me a pair of Costa's in March as a birthday gift, it is now June and one of the arms just fell off, the frame split and a lens fell out. I am SO disappointed. I've worn Costa's exclusively for better part of the last 20 years. I got my dad into wearing them, and my wife wearing Costa's. This is the last time we will ever spend money on Costa's.

Positive: very comfortable Negative: 1) Quality - when you pay about 700.00 for prescription sunglasses you expect them to last. My first pair had lens issues. After trying for days to contact just a customer service person I found the President's email. After many conversations they were replaced. 2 years later, using primarily for driving, the arm snapped off. Try to get through the voice activated system to talk to a human....good luck! And trying to talk to a human is my biggest complaint. Although I think they are very comfortable, I can't justify buying from Costa Sunglasses.

I am so impressed with Costa Del Mar's customer service! I recently sent in my Fantail sunglasses for a warranty replacement, and the entire process was seamless. They kept me updated every step of the way and sent out a brand-new replacement incredibly fast. Costa genuinely stands behind their products and takes care of their customers. The Fantails are hands-down the best sunglasses for the water, and now I am a lifelong customer thanks to this amazing experience. Highly recommended!
