I needed to replace my son's favorite polarized glasses that he wears fishing. It was super easy to find the exact glasses I was looking for, easy to order and fast shipping.

I have never bought nice sunglasses in my life. I finally made the decision to buy some. I bought the Sullivan sunglasses with the Copper Silver Mirror Polarized Glass. I purchased them at the end of May. In the beginning of July I took them out of the case and there was a large crack in the right glass. I am extremely disappointed. I handle them carefully, use only the costa cleaning supplies, and ALWAYS put them in the soft sleeve and then a hard case. I did not drop them or mishandle them. When contacting the support team they told me it was out of warranty and that I would have to pay 160$ to replace the glass. Very disappointed since I know that I did not cause the glass to break and handled them with extreme care.

Your customer care portal is the biggest pile of crap i have ever encountered in my entire freaking life. Your piece of crap glasses broke and i have to order another pair and ive been waiting on your piece of crap website to load for over a freaking hour
