A premium product is only as *premium* as their customer experience. Bought the FRG 191 a year ago and the rubber nose piece fell off while i was on the river - gone. Thought it wouldn't be a big deal to get it replaced; I was wrong. Costa requires you to jump through hoops and hurdles only to find out the piece you need is not purchasable. So for $4 of rubber, now I will need to spend another $200+ .. When the glasses worked they were great, but maybe try and put more glue on the rubber piece.

Wrong size of a product was sent. Contacted customer support, they sent me the correct size right away and apologized for the inconvenience. They also said no need to return the incorrect product. Excellent customer service!
