I won a pair in a raffle... Tuna alley's what a joke cracked a lens in a week called to warranty... Sent me a coupon to buy another pair.. 20% off... A new pair!! No spare parts.. No customer service... not worth the price of a raffle ticket... Not worth the headache... Looks are deceiving ... Not built to last... No replacement parrts.... Customer service is a joke...... Save your money.... Whiley X for me....

If I could give no stars I would. My husband bought a pair of Cosa Loreto glasses 7 months ago and the lens fell out no where to be found. Costa wouldn’t even replace or repair glassses. Worst, worst customer care ever from beginning to end. They don’t even want to talk to you. Oh and they own Oakley and Ray Ban as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I sent my glasses back for a warranty replacement 2 months ago and have heard nothing. I've tried calling Costa, emailing them, direct messaging them and no response. I've owned Costa's for 25 years and have had to return them for various reasons, the process was typically quite easy, now it is a nightmare. I WILL NEVER BY A COSTA DEL MAR PRODUCT (or any Luxoticca brand ) AGAIN. And as far as I'm concerned Costa keeping my sunglasses without replacing them is THEFT.

Always heard Costa was a good product, so finally ordered some Brine Readers from their website. After a month, and no glasses, I followed up, and was told they were out of stock but expected restock within 2-3 weeks. Still no glasses. Another email. Now told they cancelled my order because they were out of stock. All communication about this order was initiated by me - the customer- no communication from Costa. And the Brine Readers I ordered are still listed on their website as available. They may think they are a classy brand, but their customer service reeks.

I returned my glasses first week of september. 60 days later, no glasses. Their website said that my warranty is covered. I'm guessing in fecal matter because what I am reading here, they don't honor anything any more. It's a shame. they really were a great company. So sad. I would say I'm going to get some Oakleys, but they are luxoticca as well.

done with these guys -- the customer denied from any human interaction you can't talk to a customer service rep -- the 8 page customer contract drafted on April 1st should tip you off that YOU become the FOOL for dealing with these crooks - warranty is worthless

The best and brightest outdoor Glass lenses hands down. WORST customer service experience I've ever had. Ever! Luxottica employees were rude, uncaring, unsympathetic and totally "not my problem." I own $1200 of Costa product. I'm ashamed of the turn around from what they used to be:( I used to LOVE Costa, I have 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses and a pair of their eyeglass frames with RX lenses.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sent back two pair of costas in May 2020 and have not received them back. They said they never received them but the post office confirmed they were delivered. I have been given the run around way too long. I guess now I am out of two pair of sunglasses. As of October 1st still nothing. I will never ever purchase a pair of costas again. I have a stack of emails that were sent and some of them replied to. I just dont understand why the customer service is so bad when you have to pay good money for sunglasses.
