Terrible sunglasses I paid 260$ and assumed I’d be getting a nice pair of sunglasses wrong!! everything shows up in these lenses they get greasy and foggy all the time and the frames seem very cheap and weak. Will stick with a solid sunglasses company like Oakley.

My husband got a pair of sunglasses for Christmas, we had an accident & they broke not even a month later, we tried to get them fixed but they was 127$ to fix the glasses after they were purchased for 259$. This company is a rip off, & all they want is money, these are supposed to be “quality” glasses but as soon as they fall off your face & hit the ground, they’re done for. Why do you charge so much for glasses & not make them decent quality…? Or let alone offer to fix them for cheap?

Crappy customer service and overpriced sunglasses. Costa is out of parts and requested I "Keep and eye out for parts on their website". Costa / Luxottica: This is horrible Customer Service. You lost another customer.

I bought a pair of Costas last year at the boat show in Florida. The arm broke and the company denied the claim and didn't offer a replacement part but instead offered me a chance to buy another pair. No Thanks! Cheap China plastic!

Update: I bought a pair of SMITH throwing away my costas Please do not buy these glasses. They lie to the customers about their warranty program!!!!! The cracked lens I was denied warranty never again. They are misleading customers. I bought them November 22, 2021, for Christmas

Have owned 3 pairs of Costas over the years and had only 2 warranty issues over the years and every time it was handled beyond my expectations. Recenty I submitted a repair for a cracked lens for a pair I bought 9 months ago, and the claim was denied. (They said I can buy a lens for $125 plus shipping). My wife has 3 year old Maui Jims and they charged $75 for Both Lenses Replaced, Temple and Nose Pad Replaced and Cleaning & Alignment. I tossed the Costas and bought Maui Jims. Costa has sold to Luxottica and customer service is now garbage.

Purchased sunglasses(over $250) Sapan Glass Lenses, scratched within a week said they would not cover user error, thats fine sent me a repair cost to replace lenses. $125. I said great no problem whatever please replace with green mirror glass, they said no problem, Glasses finally came in and replaced with original lenses. contacted company and they said they only replace with original lenses. Not what i asked for and they assured me before i agreed to pay the $125 for replacement green glass lenses
