Lifetime warranty was amazing! Customer service was incredibly responsive. If I have a criticism at all it would be that the reply to the email wasn't clear. The email address didn't take responses and it was 24 hours before the I received a "email address rejected" message back from my email provider. Once I found the correct costa email box to reply to, no issues!

RIP off poor quality. Two pair of Costa prescription bifocal glasses, $779 each, used for occasional wear but neither frame held up, and on the tuna frame the lenses peeled around the edges. The Southpoint frame rubber tips broke off, the lenses clouded up, and the shop said the coating had worn off. (?) I used Costa cleaning cloths, maybe I rubbed too hard. The “warranty” had expired by a few days by the time we returned from vacation

Easy to navigate. Only problem I had was I wanted to see only choices that came with the blue lenses. I could not figure out how to do that and had stopped looking but then saw an ad on a side margin on another site. Clicked on that ad and it brought me to the glasses I wanted.
