Just received one of two pairs of back from being sent in from frame breaking. Return time was under 7 days of sending in. Return process was easy and logical. I received updates in a timely manner. As a fly fishing guide I use and recommend Costa Sunglasses to my clients of all abilities.

I want to reach out and thank Costa Del Mar sunglasses for saving my eyesight while I was on vacation in Barbados! My Costa Half Moons saved my left eye from being seriously injured on a safari tour. Our truck got into an accident on the tour, slamming my head into a roll bar giving me a large laceration above my eye and a horrendous black eye. My Costas completely shattered, but did not break apart, absorbing the impact that would have centered directly on my eye. The nurse and doctor in Barbados both said that your sunglasses saved my eye. Also, once I got back to the states and had my eyesight checked out, the eye doctor also agreed that your sunglasses saved my eye from serious damage! Thank you Costa Del Mar, you have made me a loyal customer for life! Also, as of writing this, 2 of my neighbors have switched over to your brand after seeing my eye and hearing this story! PS - Costa, I spoke with one of your CS representatives (Ana Beatriz G). She has all the pictures! Thanks again!

The customer service was amazing and helped me to determine that the frames that I requested the, the Reefton, would accommodate my Rx. Everything in the process was very seamless from uploading documents for the prescription to payment and the shipping was quick and trackable. I highly recommend Costa for your prescription needs not to mention the clarity of the lenses in their polarization. Amazing glasses!
