Great sunglasses! The lenses provide sharp clear images, and the frames are light and comfortable.

I put in an order on the 14th of this month. I have called in two times to talk to their customer service. The first time I was hung up on by their customer service agent; I called in and they gave me 40% off. My current glasses are broken, called in to see if they had hit production because I wanted to upgrade my lenses to the thinnest. I was hung up on again by this customer service agent. I'm telling you that their customer service is going down hill. Hire some agents that like your company. This just tells me the complains must come in quiet frequently and the customer service agents have had enough. I talked to Daniel today and the call hung up.. but he did call back. He did help answer the question I was needing answered.

The Fantail Pro glasses are by far the best fishing glasses I’ve ever owned. Very comfortable and fit perfect. The customer service is even better, when my first pair got damaged I sent out a warranty claim, quick and easy, and they replaced them no cost to me! I’m a customer for life

I purchased the warranty for my sunglasses and filled out the forms. Four times I went this charade and still they never honored the warranty. I fully complied with everything and under the terms I qualified for it. I've got nothing but a run around. Horrible. Don't offer a phony warranty if you don't intend to honor it.

I have had my sunglasses for 7 years. I love the blue glass lenses. They never have scratched and are light weight. I capsized in my kayak 7 years ago, was 2 feet under water and they stayed on.
