Glasses smudge constantly and are very heavy. No use in returning as it’s 20% restocking fee plus no refund on lenses on $460 purchase. That means I get hardly anything back. Not even worth it.

They sent me a counterfeit item and didn't give me a full refund. Altogether it cost me $35 to get nothing.

Average experience with customer service however when I received the frames the work was shoddy at best.I have several cracks in the lenses. I dont have time to send them back. I need my glasses.

Accurate images, prompt shipping, great brands, frames well described. Frame sizing instructions and measurement process could be improved.
