Commit Action changed my life for the better. I'm going to split up my review into two segments: Program / Coach. I believe both segments are fantastic and deserve their own praise. Let's do this:
PROGRAM:
5/5 - I found Commit Action in early 2021. I was searching for that true accountability partner who could help me plan my most important tasks each week. Two years later, I can confidently report Commit Action was everything I wanted and more. The program is organized, starting with the very first "get to know you call" to placing you with a coach, to providing supplementary group-style sessions if needed. A+
MY COACH, EMILEE
If I could give Emilee a 10/5, I would. She was absolutely everything I could have wanted in a coach and then more. She was timely, thoughtful, diligent, organized, motivating. I think most importantly, for me, she had this amazing 6th sense of when to let me talk (sometimes for awhile)...and when to chime in with important, powerful, clarifying questions or thoughts to propel me forward. Beyond all this, I really felt like Emilee was a friend I could count on who was truly rooting for me.
RESULTS:
My two businesses grew significantly. But even more important than that, I felt like Emilee worked with me to really dig deep into WHY I wanted my businesses to grow. (My big revelation: I wanted freedom, not money. And thus, I started making calculated decisions to give myself more freedom at the end, which made me much, much happier).
I am now entering a phase where I feel I have tremendous clarity and direction...and now it's time for me to complete some necessary steps on my own. But I have no doubt at some point I'll return to Commit Action when the time is right.
Thank you Emilee & the entire CA team!

Commit Action taught me how to think.
Commit Action taught me 'how to think'
What I mean is...
As an ambitious and creative person, I would find myself with too many ideas and too little time – leading to an overall lack of progress towards my most cherished goals.
Not only did I make more progress with Commit Action than I ever had before, but Commit Action taught me a mindset and a system that I'll be able to take with me for the rest of my career (and life).
Response from Commit Action· Jan 4, 2024
It's so nice to hear that our methodology was able to create such a positive mindset shift for you! Can't wait to see how that shift impacts your work as you continue forward!

Expectations vs Reality
Expectations vs. Reality:
As an individual with high hopes for the Commit to Action program, I ended up feeling somewhat disheartened. I anticipated a program that would be highly personal and motivating, but my experience did not align with these expectations.
Impersonal Communication:
One of the main issues I encountered was the impersonal nature of the communication. The program relies on phone calls with a coach whom you've never met in person. The absence of visual interaction, as offered by platforms like Zoom or FaceTime, made the experience feel detached and less engaging for me.
Lack of Motivation:
Motivation was a crucial aspect I was looking to gain from the program. Despite the professionalism and kindness of my coach, the program failed to ignite the level of motivation I was seeking. Interestingly, I discovered that I felt more inspired by freely available YouTube videos and podcasts, which provided me with greater motivation and were more effective for my needs.
Questioning the Value:
I also came to the realization that the goals I set with the program were similar to what I could have achieved through casual conversations with friends. This led me to question the overall value of paying for such a service, especially when I could set similar goals on my own every week.
Concluding Thoughts:
While 'Commit to Action' may be beneficial for some, it did not meet my personal needs and expectations. The lack of personal interaction was somewhat disappointing, but this paled in comparison to the realization that their system was not working for me. Discovering that I could achieve similar results on my own made the financial investment in the program feel unjustifiable. Ultimately, I felt like I had wasted my money.
However, the most significant revelation from my experience with this accountability course is the understanding that I am capable of self-managing my tasks, not just adequately, but even better than I initially thought. This realization emerged from the unexpected motivation following the sense of having spent money without visible benefits. The notion of potentially needing further investment if I couldn't independently manage my tasks became a key motivator. Additionally, the thought of saving money by not using an accountability service and redirecting it towards more effective resources has been a strong incentive. This sense of regret over the financial expenditure has evolved into a powerful driving force, prompting me to carefully plan my week and consistently track my progress towards my goals. Interestingly, this newfound self-reliance and enhanced productivity, though not a direct aim of the course, have been the most impactful outcomes, helping me to accomplish more.

Hey M B,
It seems like you got really hung up on the no video calls thing. I just want to explain the “why” behind us not doing them.
A handful of years back, we did a full year long study of video calls vs. audio calls. Literally thousands of customers and tens of thousands of calls. We found zero correlation between video calls and an improvement in productivity. To our surprise actually, we found that the group doing video calls were a lot LESS productive than those doing audio calls. This was for a few reasons -
1. It was and is much easier to do audio calls. Customers doing video calls had a hard time showing up consistently. People doing audio calls could do them from anywhere no matter what they were doing. You don’t have to “get ready” for an audio call. The simplicity of just picking up is a big factor in showing up to every call.
2. Customers doing video calls kept getting side tracked by the personal - “who is my coach? what have they been up to? why are they wearing that?” and also the negative side of this - “this coach does not look like me so I want a new one”. In reality, none of these factors have anything to do with working the methodology.
3. The video calls took the focus away from the interactive dashboard and setting very highly detailed goals. It became more about trying to connect with the coach rather than, once again, working the methodology to maximize productivity.
Also, our coaching team job satisfactory and enjoyment was about 100x doing audio calls meaning they could more consistently, reliably, thoughtfully and energetically show up for their clients, week in and week out. All these factors combined, led us to do audio calls only and really focus the calls on the methodology (although rather simple in times, it is deeply rooted in actual science that works - https://www.commitaction.com/#hard-science-open)
Something we see with customers who get hyper focused on having video calls (and don’t receive them), is that a high percentage of them start to unconsciously self-sabotage by getting trapped in a binary way of thinking - “I have to see my coach in order for this to work for me.” Which then created the opposite of the binary equation - “If I don’t see my coach, this will never work for me.” As soon as people get to this point, they stopped or never start what actually works - the Commit Action methodology. Commit Action is a ritual that compounds over time. Embracing what we do and how we do it can be tough at first but it is all based in hard science and validated/tested over hundreds of thousands of calls with real people. It works.
I am not saying this is what happened here. I just wanted to give you the WHY behind what we do and what we have tested. We could very much just not be what you are looking for and that is completely okay too!
If you ever want to come back and give it another shot, ping the customer support team and we will be happy to pair you with a coach.
Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Transformative Experience with Commit Action and Coach Brittney
I've had the pleasure of working with Commit Action for a year now, and it's been a transformative journey. My coach, Brittney, has been nothing short of amazing. Her guidance and support have been pivotal in helping me navigate both personal and business challenges.
Before starting with Commit Action, I often found myself overwhelmed and struggling to prioritize my tasks. However, Brittney's coaching techniques have empowered me to organize my week effectively and focus on what truly matters. The most significant change I've noticed is my ability to finish more tasks than ever before, contributing significantly to my personal and professional growth.
Brittney's approach is personalized and empathetic, yet highly professional. She has a knack for understanding my needs and tailoring her coaching accordingly.
Another important aspect is the strategies and tools available through the recorded and live monthly events have not only improved my productivity but also my overall well-being. This no-fluff section coupled with accountability, the secret sauce for success, in my opinion, is a no-brainer.
I highly recommend Commit Action to anyone seeking to enhance their productivity and focus. If you're fortunate enough to work with Brittney, you're in for a life-changing experience. Get focused on what matters most
I am so glad I made the decision to invest in accountability coaching with Commit Action. I made the decision after reading lots of Trust Pilot reviews and yes, they are spot on! Summer is my coach and I TRULY appreciate the thought provoking questions she asks me each week. I had my BEST INCOME month this year, in the month after working with Summer. I put this down to the fact that by working with Summer, I have become laser focused on the activities that matter the most in my business.
Response from Commit Action· Nov 20, 2023
Congratulations on your most profitable month! Here's to many more to come with coaching from Summer helping you stay laser focused!
