This was a life changer in terms of managing all our all inventory touch points. The onboarding team led by William Kurniadi has made the transition from our previous system and the integration to our ecommerce platform a seamless and stress free one.

We’ve used OH for 18 months. Selected it as our warehouse solution after much research because it suits our product type. We went through a good on-boarding process, our PM Heena went out of her way to setup the software to suit our requirements. On-going support has been good overall, especially as Pradeep, our main support contact, is very knowledgeable and has sorted out awkward issues for us more than once. It can be difficult to explain a situation in writing, and Pradeep is prepared to hop on a call when an issue requires more explanation than messaging allows. This is most helpful and makes for a far better experience. Due to the time zone differences there are times when it takes a little while before there is a response. Normally not an issue but when it is urgent, this can be stressful. Everyone in support is very helpful and polite, it is a pleasure to work with them.

Orderhive has been excellent with their support to our company from implementation through launch. The support team has been quick to answer all of our questions and address any issues we have come across in a timely manner.

Robust inventory management features and excellent customer service. I sell on Etsy and Shopify and also have direct orders with multiple warehouses. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because they were not US base but after using it for 2 years I can vouch for Orderhive. Highly recommended.

I switched to Orderhive 3 months ago and they went beyond any expectation you may have. They answer pretty fast and are always trying to find a solution or fix any issue I may encounter. Great team to work with!

No customer support. We have been using the software for over 4 years and the support has become non existent. They simply will not answer our tickets and will not resolve our issues.

Support is slow and only available via chat. So how can customers know that the request or issue is being resolved. They are missing the personal touch on customers's needs. Bad business practice.

We recently moved to CIN7 from an old inventory management system which had become very outdated. Although a little daunted at first by the amount of work we had to put into the actual implementation process ourselves, we have been pleased with the user friendliness and functionality of CIN7. Our implementation specialist, Atul Sharma, quickly got to grips with the nature of our business and our particular needs. He was extremely helpful, reliable (and patient!) and quickly responded to any queries or difficulties we ran into. In most cases he was able to address these himself, but where he wasn’t he referred on to a specialist team. I think that having good communication with your implementation specialist is key to the success of the project, and in our case this worked very well with Atul, who is excellent at his job. In retrospect, we feel it could have been made clearer to us the need to have all of our data uploaded early on in our implementation process. Having not grasped this, the final week leading to go live and the two weeks following were pretty hectic. But so far so good, and we haven’t run into any major issues. Having only gone live 6 weeks ago, it is still relatively early days for us with CIN7. However, we are impressed with how intuitive the system is. The insights and reporting are a huge improvement on what we have been used to and I can see how this will definitely add value to our business. On the downside, a (non-critical) case that was raised just after we had gone live has still not been resolved. This is disappointing and I hope it is not indicative of our experiences to come with customer service. Because of this I am giving 4 stars, but overall we are very happy with our move to CIN7.
