Regarding the issue of the product not working effectively: We have explained in detail that your hearing loss falls within the severe range. However, the OTC hearing aid product you selected is only suitable for mild to moderately severe hearing loss, which is why it may not meet your needs. We offered to replace it free of charge with a more suitable product for you, but this was declined. Nevertheless, we believe this product can still provide you with some level of assistance. Regarding the return issue: We are also very sorry about this. Postal services do accept packages containing built-in lithium batteries. This might have been due to a miscommunication between you and the courier company. Regarding the partial refund for a five-star review: Yes, we proposed a third solution to avoid the hassle of returning the product. We initially offered an $89 refund without requiring the product to be returned and later increased it to $125. We were willing to bear 72% of the loss in hopes of satisfying you.
