Great experience with the ordering and the quality of the hearing aid. Only issue is the almost constant issue connecting or staying connected to the RETONE app.

As a senior Citizen with extremely small ears, these were still not a good fit for me. But I can say they were easy to use small in size. The rechargeable feature is a plus after having used batteries for years.

Customer service works hard to satisfy customers

I am 80. I have bladder cancer. My daughter gave me your product as a gift. I struggled with them at first but realized- find your best and let them work.I went through surgery, a local anesthesia and heard everything, life is better with them I thank my loving daughter and you guys for making a superior product. Product seems to be fine so far. The delivery was delayed but other than that, everything seems fine.

This was my first time communicating and doing business with China. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and ease which made me feel more secure. Customer service was completely up to standard and the product reached Canada faster than it did inside Canada! I would certainly take CHOSGO into consideration for a future purchase.

I am very happy with hearing aids. They delivered in a timely fashion. Instructions were clear. The only reason I gave one less star is because the tubing was a bit long for me and I am not sure how to shorten; or if you can do this.
