Excellent customer service. The dogs love the water diet. I have two senior chihuahuas who are super picky. I am impressed they both eat this diet and appear spunkier. Thank you for the assistance in selecting Chi Dog.

She absolutely loves this. She is picking her chops even as I prepare it for her. And again after she eats. If course, she is looking for more, when done. It looks good and smells good.

Food was hot days old when it arrived smelled when I opened front door.

Jami, I am truly sorry this happened. This is absolutely not the experience we want for you or your pet. We work very hard to get our food delivered quickly and safely, but unfortunately there are times when a carrier delay occurs and a package does not move through the system as expected. Based on your description, it sounds like the box experienced a significant delay while in transit, and I completely understand your concern. If food arrives warm, spoiled, or otherwise unusable, we do not expect you to feed it. Please know that when situations like this occur, we are always happy to make it right. Whether that means issuing a refund, as we have done in this case, or sending a replacement shipment, our goal is to ensure you receive the quality product and service you deserve. My dog loves the Water Diet food from Chi. I loved that I got to speak to the vet about how to feed Chester and ways to maximize the effectiveness of his new food.

Macro-min and Multi are great products. Consult with Susan (vet) was very helpful. Our dog had many allergies and so far he's doing well with both products
