The captain was pleasant and very competent. Jet was waiting for us when we arrived the terminal. Flight was fast, smooth and safe. And the customer support team was responsive and helpful.

Adam was extremely responsive and…
Adam was extremely responsive and stayed in constant communication with me regarding flight arrangements, etc. His customer service skills were fantastic as well as the other team members corresponding day and night to fulfill our needs. The pilot was also especially kind and courteous.

Best trip we have experienced! From the start to the finish, everything was excellent service, I am very impressed with the whole staff. Pilots were amazing and had an excellent flight. Best experience and trip. Thank you for everything

Thank you for a good first experience
Glad to have worked with John in arranging the flight. Seamless and easy. Would have anticipated follow up by the concierge to check in on how the experience was. Otherwise, the pilots were exceptional and very professional from start to finish.
