I recently enjoyed my first flight with FlyCFG, indeed, my first private flight. I was contacted within an hour of inquiring late-night on their website. Anna then worked one-on-one with me to explain the entire process, and she was extremely patient and professional working through several scheduling changes. Once booked, the customer service team snapped into action to take care of all the details. Every email I sent got a response within minutes. Finally, the plane and crew were excellent. If this is the service a first-time, likely very occasional customer gets, I can imagine what a frequent client enjoys. Should the need arise again, I will book with FlyCFG.
