Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to share your review and recent experience. We appreciate all feedback as it allows us to improve going forward. Pleased to hear, Josh and our team were helpful throughout the booking process. Our team is available 24-7 to ensure you get timely responses as needed. Sorry to hear the aircraft pedigree did not meet your expectations. Due to the configuration of the aircraft there are some seats that don't recline as far as others. Josh has already relayed your concerns regarding the reclining features to the aircraft owner to ensure all seats are functioning and repaired if necessary for future flights going forward. Unfortunately the change in schedule and decision to stop in AZ were out of our control, given that we are at the mercy of government agencies who control customs and the ability to arrive back from international trips. The stop in AZ was chosen by aircraft operations in order to obey FAA regulations. We appreciate your understanding regarding these matters. If you have any questions at all or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for choosing FlyCFG. We hope to work for you again soon.
