I've had my safe for years of trouble free use. lost my key to safe, So I contacted Cannon safe Co looking for a replacement. I was happy to find help within minutes. Your Rep Toni Rodarte, was a great help, can't thank them enough.

I have multiple products in the Cannon Safe family and I love each one of them. I locked my key inside my GunVault recently, reached out to support and Toni was able to get the process going for a key replacement rather quickly, should have my replacement key by next week.

Garbage customer service. After agreeing to correct an issue I'm having with the safe, they have reneged on that agreement and are now making petty excuses to replace a beeping keypad, even though they are aware of the issues they are having. Customer service is a joke; buyer beware.
