When I need outdoor gear, Campmor.com is my first stop. Best price and biggest selection. Shipping is always crazy fast! This is my second Marmot rain jacket. Fit is perfect, quality is excellent, and the jackets are durable. I always carry it with me in my backpack. Marmot raingear is the best value on the market for my money

Order was not shipped timely & one item was cancelled without providing an explanation as to why it was cancelled. In previous experience with Campmor, no issues. Guess this is the one percent of orders not shipped the next day.

Never dealt with Campmor before. I came across it on the web searching for the lowest price possible for a pair of Revo sunglasses. Campmor website was easy to maneuver and user friendly. Took advantage of there bonus $20 coupon. I ordered and received my ordered 2 days later. Excellent. Will pass it on to friends and family.

Ordered ugg boots from this site. They were exactly the same boots on the site and delivery time was excellent. I will definately be ordering from them again and would recommend!

On or about Jan 9th, I purchased a pair of winter boots online. Since I was purchasing the boots online and live in Canada I selected to chat online link to speak to Customer Representative. I asked a couple questions and my last question was whether there would be any other charges, specifically border charges, however there was no response I repeated the question and still no response, I waited a few minutes for a response, finally I assumed there was some issue and preceded to finalize my transaction. Now that I've received my package there is a $45 charge attached. Now I'm very positive that the customer representative did not respond to my query in order to not let me know there would be an additional charge. I find that action reprehensible and underhanded. Purchased many items online and have never encountered a company that deliberately deceived a customer this way.... extremely unprofessional.
