Ordered the product for a project, made the cabinets which took a month to complete and another couple of days to install. Plugged the outlet in and could not get the usb sockets to work. Tried multiple cables and nothing! when I called the company they told me I had 30 days from purchase to return the product and so I am out $60.00 for the outlet and the extra work to install a new outlet with usb sockets, plus the embarrassment of suggesting a poorly made product to my client, and the delay in completing the project!

The website is excellent and searching for items is both easy and clear. Prices and shipping are also very reasonable. Cabletiesandmore will be my first stop when searching for anything wire related.

I found the product I needed in stock on the website, but I needed it quickly. When I selected overnight shipping, it told me that I needed to call to verify that it was in stock and that they would be able to ship in time. When I called, the person I spoke to said that it was in stock, but that it was past the shipping cutoff for that day, so if I did overnight shipping it wouldn't ship until the next day, which was Friday. Monday was a holiday. He told me that if I paid for the order and selected overnight shipping that day (Thursday), it would definitely ship on Friday for Tuesday delivery. Tuesday delivery was going to cut it close as we were going to be leaving that location to drive across the country that day. I paid for the order on Thursday with overnight shipping at around 13:00. However, the shipment did not go out on Friday. I couldn't get a hold of anyone until Tuesday morning (Monday being a holiday). I talked to him on the phone about the issue, and we tried to figure out if the shipment could go to somewhere else along our journey, but nothing would work out. So at 9:30am on Tuesday (order had not shipped yet) I told him to cancel my order, since I would not be able to use it. He told me that would be no problem, but to follow up with an email cancelling the order. I was able to send him an email cancelling the order within 15 minutes. The following day (Wednesday) I get an email from him saying that they couldn't cancel my order, so they went ahead and shipped it the previous day. However, I would never be able to pick up the order because I would not be coming back to that location. The process of getting a refund for the order took 7 weeks because it took 6 weeks for them to receive the order back when I couldn't pick it up. They would not refund the shipping costs, despite the whole problem being because they didn't ship the order when he said they would (on Friday). The expedited shipping costs were almost as much as the order costs. Needless to say, I am not happy. I will not be ordering anything from here again, and I recommend no one else doing so either. The customer service is terrible.
