After posting a negative review, I received a phone call from a representative of this company and they were extremely helpful in getting my complaints resolved to my satisfaction. They obviously care about the satisfaction of their customers. I will be giving them another chance.

Ordering from CTAM is easy and smooth. However, I recently tried to attain a price match on a small order of shipping boxes. A competitor had the price $15 lower, so I followed their process and sent them screenshots of the order. The customer support rep was difficult to work with, asking for a "quote" from the competitor and telling me to submit a quote request from their website (Why do I have to do that when the listed prices are clear already?) After 5 days of back and forth, he told me to just buy from the competitor, so I did.

I would buy from them again but...beware backorders and no heads up. Good quality cable ties for the price although they have . Part of my order back ordered and did not receive any notification. After noticing we were short the items on order I emailed the company and was told the item was out of stock for 3-5 weeks. Had to follow up multiple times to finally receive the balance of the order. Did not receive balance of remaining items for over 12 weeks. I understand that sometimes orders run out of stock but the communication was completely absent, couldn't have been worse. Not sure I would have ever received the balance of order if I hadn't continued to follow up.

No deals for the small and single order....more for a large company. I am Occupational Therapist searching for solutions for a wheelchair transition over a sliding glass door frame and just need 1 item......sigh,,,,,,,

Great selection. I spent over an hour shopping. I had to even take a few things out of my cart. Unfortunately I returned my cart empty. I had 9 pieces of safety clothing that weighed next to nothing. I live in the next state over and had a hard time paying $26.00 for S&H. I chose to start over shopping. I may have to place 3 orders for same products but my S & H will be next to nothing. Disappointing, you have a great selection.

I just want to know why 60" WC301 is really only 59" inches. I had to order an extra length and use connectors to make up the difference.
