Shipping is terribly slow for out modern age. They are the only people who sell the style of heavy duty zip tie tag, so I will keep using them. Product is high quality, selection is great, shipping is snail speed.

Placed an order on February 23rd and never received it. Sent two (2) inquires – one on March 6th and another on March 16th – asking to know when I could expect it, what the tracking number was, or failing that, could I have a refund. Each time I was told that it was shipped but a tracking number was unavailable. It's been over a month and I still have not received my order. I've filed a complaint with the FTC and have had the charges disputed. CTAM is not a trustworthy company.
