Great selection and prices. They actually reached out to me after I placed the order, to confirm proper size and fit of my brake pads. Turned out that for my year model two different sizes were produced. They were proactive and had me verify a couple of measurements to confirm the order prior to shipping. I think this is great and rare customer service especially with online ordering. Definitely recommended.

I needed front disks and pads for my car. These are not easy to find parts. Buybrakes web site is easy to navigate, easy to order. Parts arrived a week later via ground UPS ion perfect condition.

Have bought pads & rotors for years from BuyBrakes.com. Every time has been a good experience, always pretty quick shipping & getting exactly what I ordered. The only negative thing I’ve experienced has been with the website not having certain items listed, even though they are available, also I’d like to see better &/or more detailed info on the products, maybe a little more specific to the customers vehicle, instead of just a general description which I could get by looking at the manufacturers page. The last time I purchased, I did from the mobile site which I didn’t really like that much, I would like to see the Mobile site look and feel more like the Desktop site, if possible.

Reliable service, fast shipping and great quality items. We run an auto shop and our customers have also been incredibly satisfied with the quality of the products. We will continue to buy as long as the quality remains the same.
