Everything about the order process was smooth. Received exactly what I expected for a good price, in good condition, and in a timely manner. I had researched the part number I needed for a front disc pad and rotor set before I came to their site. Because I did not use their site to look up the part number, they confirmed via email that I had ordered the correct part number for my vehicle to help avoid return shipping charges.
