Installation went OK but no follow-up. Ordered and installed as promised. I have been waiting for a call requarding the top stop landing. Sometimes it slows before coming to a stop, other times it comes to an abrupt stop. Repeated calls have not been answered. Very disappointed with service after sale, would not recommend Erickson Mobility as supplier. P

After the installation was complete everything is working properly but we had a rocky time getting there. We had two circuit boards fail, one for the extended rail lifter and one for the swivel seat. Unfortunately the seat swivel problem blocked the stairs but the installer was very dedicated and came quickly to clear the obstruction. We were left without the lift for a week however. Other than those initial issues all has been fine. The units (we have two) seem to be well made and sturdy.

it would be nice if i could download the service manual, not that i would even attempt to repair the thing, but i could talk to the tech intelligently

The outdoor chair lift is a God-send. It is a smooth ride and I feel safe in this chair. While I hope to be able to take stairs again someday, I am glad to have this chair lift when I have to leave the house.

My Bruno stairlift was highly recommended and installed by Barrier Free Stairlift. They were very kind and courteous and had everything done perfectly the following day. And although I still don't like the fact that I need it, I am so happy and pleased that I have it.

They were prompt in coming. When I had a question at 9:00 that night John actually answered the phone and knew and solved the problem. I was very impressed.
