I’ve been trying to reach my sales representative for weeks without a response. During installation we found the remote controls for the unit did not work and I was told they would ship out new ones ASAP. It’s been at least two months.

The Installers from Altoona, were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest on scoping the stairlift installation costs, schedule, and time to install. They provided adequate operating and maintenance instructions before departing. My son, who has fine motor skill issues, quickly learned how to easily use it for his needs.

Everyone we’ve dealt with has been polite, cheerful,& helpful. We love your product and the people associated with it whom we have met or spoken to on the phone. You are clearly a responsible company. Keep up the good work. May I suggest you make your accompanying literature clearer on one point : NEVER UNPLUG THE UNIT FROM THE WALL SOCKET WITHOUT FIRST TURNING OFF THE MACHINE ITSELF. IF YOU DO YOU MIGHT DAMAGE THE UNIT

The power cord for the outdoor chairlift's battery charger has an odd-shaped plug that does not fit properly into all exterior electrical boxes with covers.
