The purchase was easy. The installation was done very professionally and in shart order. Using the chair has been smooth and easy. Both of us use the chair for ourselves and the groceries too - both up and down. It makes our lives much easier. I wish we had gotten it 15 years ago.

When I received this email we were not use to using it yet. We are now getting a lot of use out of it and would hate to have to give it up. Some small quirks that we had to get taken care of and get use to. Love the equipment now.

This stairlift has been wonderful. It was a gift for myself, but my sister and brother love it when they visit. They have a really difficult time climbing the stairs from my basement into the main house and this has been perfect for all of us. The service was wonderful and the installation was done quickly and efficiently.
