My Bruno chairlift really has made life a lot easier. I live upstairs and with sore knees it certainly helps to have a chairlift you can depend on. This is the second Bruno chairlift I have had, the other one was in my previous home that I left for the buyers.

A perfect stair lift. Meets and exceeds any expectations that I had. Sturdy, easy to get on and off, moves smoothly and at a very steady and surprisingly fast speed. It took only an hour and half to install. We live in a wilderness territory and yet the stair lift was available right away and the owner of the Health Supply store was fully trained to install it. He installs a lot of these stair lifts compared to other brands Excellent service I tell everyone that I never had a motorcycle of my own (always rode pillion) but now I have the wind in my hair and the open staircase before me. The expense of the stair lift is worth every penny not only because it is a really well built machine but because it has given me a lot of freedom back. Thank you

We are very satisfied with our purchase. The price was more affordable than others, the installation was quick and done well, and my 95-year-old mother is able to operate the lift with no trouble. Everything was explained to us for purchase and installation. We would definitely recommend this product and this company!

The chair’s been a great help. It sounds and feels a little weird, though, like it’s going to break any time soon, especially when we fold it up and especially since it’s so new. Maybe it will improve the more we use it.

lifesaver for me in a two-story house, it was either move or get one. I opted for Bruno and it was perfect. up and down the stairs. I have COPD and this keeps me from getting winded.

This is my second Bruno Stair Lift and they both work really well. I do have one complaint about my second Stair Lift. They made the brackets out of different material (the installer to me) and they will not stay in adjustment. It makes really loud popping noises as you get about half way down. They came back and adjusted it again but in a few days it was doing the same thing. I would like to see them use the original materials for the brackets that was on my 1st Stair Lift that I purchased about 6 years ago. We have not had any trouble with it. I use the new one a lot because it goes to the basement and I am working from home, in the basement. It is very annoying to hear that popping noise. The lift does get me up and down the stairs even with the noise.
