I love my stairlift! Safety on my stairs was my concern. I am 82 years old and my family was so concerned that I might fall down the steps. Now I feel more secure riding the stairlift as I go downstairs to do My laundry, get to my car or to my rides. Your employee, Robert was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.

I called the dealer, they responded efficiently. The sales rep came to see me (we weren't next door). We set the date for installation (I was working with a deadline) and the installer came, a good man, two of the chairs (new, in the box) were faulty? But he had two others in his truck. We got it set up and thus far, everything is working. That's important. They are in a church, and we have some old members of the congregation. Good dealers. I liked Kenny Lankin, the rep., and I believe what they say about the warranty. Thanks, Jim Flaherty

The chair hinders the rest of the family access the stairs. Wish the chair would have rested more in the centre of the landing giving a clearer path for the others in the house

A stair lift was installed in our home by 101 Mobility in August. As our stair case is large with three curves, it was a complicated process. The first technician came and took many measurements and did a drawing, The second came a week later and took what appeared to be hundreds of digital photos, About three months later,both technicians came he for the installation. As the job was very detailed and the individually formed pieces were quite heavy, the job took about 6 hours to complete. The technicians were very professional, courteous and had the necessary skills to complete the job to our satisfaction. They made sure that I knew how to properly use the equipment and answered all of our question, Except for a few minor dings on the rails and some welds that I think could have been smoother, the job is well done and the mechanisms work exactly as specified.

The company and it’s people were great! Very helpful, and the deal was easy to understand. Dad loves the chair, it’s smooth and quiet. It also gives us both peace of mind.
