The stairlift we purchase has allowed us to stay in our home and removed a major barrier we had accessing our upstairs. The installation was completed quickly and professionally. We are more than pleased with the Bruno unit.

I'm very happy with the new stairlift and find it easy to use and works excellently. Our cats aren't happy with it but give it time and they'll come around. My only wish is that it could be less institutionally looking and look more like a normal part of the house. Maybe a choice of colors, some padding on the seat, anything that would make it look more inviting.

Our Bruno stair lift has been a Godsend. My husband rides up and down the stairs whenever he needs to.

After a wait it was installed quickly after it arrived to the installer. They were very professional and accurate installing the Lift. So far we are pleased with the operation and quality of the unit. It was a bit expensive compared to the straight lift, however we needed the curved one which was probably twice the cost of a straight one which seemed a little over . Overall it worked out and we would recommend it.

We received excellent service from the sales rep to the office staff to the installer. All questions were answered and the demonstration were helpful.

I am thrilled with my Bruno Stairlift. It’s changed my 2 story home into one level living. I have osteoporosis & prone to break bones. I am at such ease now because I can glide up & down the stairs, safely & secure. Getting the Stairlift in time for the holidays allowed me to wrap all gifts upstairs. We easily got decorations down from our attic area of 2nd floor to the 1st floor. It’s a game changer! I have already recommended the Bruno Stairlift to family & friends on FaceBook. My husband is happy to see me so carefree now. Before the stairlift, he wanted to stay close by when I needed to go upstairs. If he wasn’t home, I didn’t go upstairs & waited for him to come home. I feel as if I received a good value for the money spent. There are no negatives to the stairlift. None at all! Thank you for such a great product.
