The email instruction was very clear
The email instruction was very clear. To pick up the tickets at the box 30 minutes before the show. Also, you have the address there. Also, the calendar showed how many tickets could be available so it was helpful Jeff

Evan was Great!
Evan was very kind and patiently found 2 tickets for Hamilton for my niece and Sam (married in May). When my charge was denied, he said I could contact him after AMEX allowed it and I did--great job!

VERY SIMPLE PROCESS
ALL of the information concerning shows, dates, payment etc.etc. (and much more) was not only on the site but was easy to find, understand and interact with.
