We got great customer service leading up to our purchase which was why we drove a fair distance to do business with Broadmoor. When we picked up our trailer we felt rushed and were told that certain things would be addressed before we left but weren't. This could be attributed to the very busy day they were experiencing. In total it was great and we are generally happy, but now finding things that were missed on their detailed inspection kind of leaves a bad taste.

We had a good experience with Broadmoor RV and would recommend them to our friends and family. We worked with Fred and he was awesome! He wasn’t pushy, he gave us space and time to look through the trailers and then would check back with us. Made us feel comfortable for sure. When we went to pick up our trailer after our 2 hr drive, they informed us they couldn’t release the trailer without proof of insurance. It was 4:30 on a Friday and luckily I was able to get our insurance agent on the phone to get those papers emailed right away. It would’ve been nice if, when we signed papers we were informed of needing to bring proof of insurance at pick up. I was slightly irritated with that but otherwise it was a great experience.

Good experience. Only reason not 5 stars - did not lube trailer hitch when installed on my truck/trailer.

Working with Marta and Doug S.was a pleasure. After one week... There have be no issues. Finance team while seemingly short staffed we effective and knowledgeable. There was a small challenge with delivery but Neil in service is on it.

Beau and all of the sales team was great! However, when I went to pick up the trailer, I had to wait over 45 minutes, to purchase a $2k extended warranty. Only which Beau came to the rescue. Miguel did a great job reviewing everything. I was told that the camper would be detailed, however, I pointed out several things that still have marks, dirt and smudges on the walls. Nothing was done about it. All is good though.

Bought our Jayco White Hawk unseen via email and message and finally 1 phone call...including 4 add-ons. Saved 20% + over 4 other dealers. We would have saved weeks of looking/comparing had we just gone to Pasco first off because all the makes and models sit at one place at Broadmoor.

The folks at Broadmoor RV were great. The entire process was easy and comfortable; a perfect blend of salesmanship and customer care. They were hustling, but I never felt pressured or in danger of being eaten by land sharks. They made sure we knew we were in control of the purchase. All questions were answered. Even after they were closed for the day, Jordan (walk-through tech) helped us out at the nearby KOA. If we trade-in or upgrade later I would return to do business. We drove over from Port Angeles (300+ miles), but it was time well spent. Great experience.

We met Wayne as we walked in the door. He was very courteous and was never hard sell! We were looking for a used 5th/Trailer. He was very informative and spent almost a day with us! In the end we learned many important details about RV's we didn't know. Very impressive knowledge and salesmanship without any pressure!! In the end, we bought a new 33 foot Jayco Eagle and we couldn't be happier! Wayne has been awesome! I've made several calls to him over the last couple of weeks and he has been awesome! He has been just as responsive after the sale as before!! This makes our purchase even better! Broadmoor RV is the place to go!!!
