Great sales staff, the delivery of my product was far from perfect. The staff didn't do any QA inspections on the trailer before delivery. We had a bathroom door that wouldn't stay closed (I pointed this out during initial inspection), the front door screen binds when you open it.

Sales Lady , Marta was awesome.. The walk through person very good but as a purchaser I knew more about the product than he but that is a good buyer, I should have known what I was purchasing. Also Broadmoor RV sells so many different brands and options no one could know everything about every coach... Cleaning/set up was the biggest issue...The battery cables were extremely loose (the nuts were not even finger tight and I could move the cables up and down at least a quarter inch.... Blown DC fuse so nothing worked when I got to the coach to hook it up..The cleanup on the trailer was mediocre at best Wheels were not cleaned, windows streaked along with most all of the stainless steel as it was wiped with a damp rag leaving streaks.. A pile of wood shavings by the edge of the slide and another under the sink and another in the bath area, Not just a few but a pile, Between the three approximately a half of cup..The slide carpet was very loose and had to be redone as it bunched up when the slide was out causing a tripping hazard as Marta found out .... The shower base had the screws overtightened that attach it to the floor bucking the bottom of the shower pan . There are several places the paneling was not stapled and need to be done again (I will do this as I was a general contractor and also built bus conversions for the last 30 years). The Crown molding was loose, again not stapled especially at the ends .. We are about to take "BUG" out for her maiden voyage for our 50th Wedding anniversary this weekend so I will know more after we have been in her for a couple of weeks..There is no documentation from Jayco stating what the 50th anniversary package actually consists of.. The F & I girl did her best to upsell us and was extremely personable as was everyone we came into contact with at the dealership.. Overall a great experience and a well tuned organization.. Quality control from especially from Jayco but also at the dealership could use some fine tuning but so far we are a "HAPPY CAMPER" family..We fought side winds and head winds to 45MPH ++ going West on the Gorge but she towed true and straight @ 65 to 70 MPH all the way home albeit a little strain on the fuel economy. We purchased this to replace our 44' Eagle coach as it weighs in at a hefty 39,000 # and my wife thinks it is just to big for the two of us..

I had a great experience when we purchased our RV. The sales person was very courteous and patient. We had many questions being new to the RV club. We made several trips to Broadmoor RV to view our selection and finally decide to purchase. The office staff where very helpful and pleasant to work with. After helping us find a loan institution that gave a us great rate we paper work was all together and well explained. Overall we had a great experience and will return the next time we want to purchase an RV.

Best price in the state, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Ryan Michaelson as a salesman was extremely accommodating and very friendly. Just what you want/need when looking to make a purchase like this. Thank you! And I will return for the next upgrade!

Felt treated well and honestly.

We stopped by "just to look". We were met by saleswoman Angel. Her very kind demeanor combined with her zero pressure technique....well let's just say we were doomed. We are very appreciative that she listened to us and what we like. I type this as we are enjoying are first weekend with a new Toy Hauler travel trailer.

Staff did an exceptional job with sales to orientation. All my questions were answered and I left with my new RPOD 189 with the confidence to start our trailering experience. Many thanks to everyone at Broadmoor RV.
