Great experience overall. Jeremy was our salesman and was great to work with. Charles did our walkthrough and thoroughly explained everything. Extras/options were explained and offered throughout the buying process but was never pushed excessively. Broadmoor supports many local events and we wanted support them, and are glad we did.

I gave Broadmoor a 5 star review because right from the beginning they were extremely friendly and accommodating. I walked into the store five minutes before closing and Jeremy ended up staying an additional 45 minutes to show me two RVs on the lot. Broadmoor was able to get the numbers to my liking and we had a deal within a few days. I would recommend anyone to come check out the lot before you go to the other stores in the area.
