I had their trimmer for three years with no complaint whatsoever. The customer service is excellent! Also, shoutout to Ellie N. (the customer service representative) who's extremely friendly and funny in her emails

I *can't* understand why they don't give shipping information. I have no clue when my product will arrive, today? A week? Month?.. I guess will sit and wait. Will edit my review after I receive any information.

This is a delayed review but have been using the trimmer for months now. It’s solid. Works great. The blade part broke and I tried to fix it but couldn’t. Sent one email to support over the weekend and they immediately responded telling me they’d send another one. No questions asked. Great service.
