My husband and I rented a room through your app last week paid for it and all. When we arrived we were told I would need an ID for everyone in the room. Even though it would just be my husband and I , he didn't have his with him so they turned us away. I have sent this company email after email to no response.

We're sorry you had such a negative experience with the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel requiring identification is not something that we, at BringFido, have any control over. In looking for further details about your case, we're not able to find your reservation anywhere, so have requested you provide some more details through TrustPilot in order for us to look into this further. You may also contact us at [email protected]. We are happy to reach out to the hotel on your behalf if you made this reservation through BringFido, but at this time, we cannot see that this is the case.

BringFido provides exactly the service that traveling dogs and their owners can rely on. We have used them for 3 stops. For one recent reservation a BringFido rep called to tell us the suite we had reserved was no longer available for pets, but a standard king room was available in the same facility at a far lower price. He revised the reservation for us right then and there. That is excellent service.

BringFido is a great resource for any pet owners wanting to travel or dine out, but do not feel comfortable boarding their pets, or have anyone that can watch them while they are gone. Finding the businesses through BrindFido removes any hassle of trying to find or review the pet policies, as they have already done so, and list it with the business' details. It takes a lot of the work and worry out of traveling to know that you won't be turned away or get hit with unforeseen charges for traveling with your pets.

We ended up having to change the dates of travel twice and then having to cancel our trip completely. Both changes were handled quickly and painlessly. The cancelation was easy and refund was quick. We will definitely be using Bring Fido to book our next trip.

False advertising, Bring Fido. Good job we checked with the owner before booking a property in France for our holidays, it says on Bring Fido accepts 2 big dogs, actually doesn't accept dogs at all. The owner is allergic to dogs. I have emailed 4 times now to tell Bring Fido, not even a reply and the property is still up! VRBO, the site the property links to, have acted and removed the pets allowed option, Bring Fido have just ignored my emails. Don't believe the listings on this site, always check direct with the owner before booking!

We are sorry that you are frustrated. We have not ignored your emails, and the policy information was, in fact, updated on our site. Sometimes updates take a little time to process. However, Vrbo has not updated their site as of this response, and as a valued and trusted parter, we list policy information as they have it written directly from the property owner. They are only as good as the information provided to them by properties themselves. Additionally, in immediately looking into your concern, we can see that screenshots you submitted are communication with Airbnb, not through Vrbo or BringFido, so neither of us were ever a part of your transaction. We do sincerely hope that you ultimately found a property that suited your needs, and that you had a pleasant trip.

We were instructed to call BringFido for same day reservations. The customer service rep was efficient, helpful, and had a great, positive attitude. We got through to a live person in under 2 minutes and the whole process of making a reservation was done in under 8 min! The hotel they booked for us was awesome!!!
