I was seen for a potential spider bite
I was seen for a potential spider bite. I was greeted initially with excellent customer service. Followed up by an assessment with a PA, good bedside manner, diagnosed with a spider bite and given the appropriate medication to fight off an inflection. Well is was a spider bite, thanks for the prompt attention...

Short wait time
Was seen at the regency square location after 5 pm on a Friday... was quickly seen by nurse practitioner.... very friendly and not rushed.....I will return as needed

BetterMed is thorough, convenient and efficient
BetterMed is fast, efficient and I’m so thankful they have opened an office in Chester, VA now. So much more convenient. The doctors are always thorough and there when I don’t have to take time off from work.

We love BetterMed. The staff is friendly, it's always very clean and we never have to wait. As a mom of 4 this is our go to urgent care.

Love the option of setting an appointment time, get in faster and got a right on diagnosis and solution, my go to place when I cant get to my PCP. kEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
