Excellent: Registration fast. Waiting time short. Informative diagnosis

I wasn’t impressed with the PA I saw, typically doctors go over what medicine they are about to send into the pharmacy and he didn’t. Pharmacy said I had 4 new prescriptions and didn’t know what I was picking up or the side effects of any of them. Could have turned out to be dangerous since BetterMed doesn’t have my full medical history. I should have been on my toes more to ask yet I was feeling very sick.

Front desk personnel, nurses, physician's assistant and doctor were all very nice and concerned with my issue. I was helped quickly and efficiently and definitely will return if the need arises.
