My test was easy to order and it arrived very quickly in the post. Instructions were clear and the procedure for sending simple and easy. My test results were ready and available to view securely online a day after I posted it back.

Luckily I know a nurse who could take our bloods, as that could be tricky, but the service is quick and easy. I do think that if you reduced the price many more people would take the test, allowing better collection of data.

Spoke to the most amazing lady called Meloney today about my travel COVID-19 and she was absolutely amazing with answering my questions. She planned out my test results and test for the right time of my flight even though it’s on a Monday and it is closed on a Sunday. We spoke about the things that could go wrong but she got a calendar out over the phone and got me a day that is best and told me the process making sure things are shipped on time. If you are reading this Meloney happy birthday for 3 weeks time and I wanted to say Thankyou again for the help as everyone else hasn’t given me the same advice. She was so truthful and explained that the results that the airline wanted for 72 hours isn’t realistic due to the reduced workforce of Royal Mail but I am now more confident going forward. Overall I highly recommend this company and thankyou again Meloney for going above and beyond to satisfy customers

Covid-19 antibody test kit £69.95. Don't buy this!!!The gp nurse which didn't want to take the blood she told me it is a waste of money, no one take the blood to attached sample because they are not approved! You can do this only at ashlee healthcare which is recommend by better2know for another extra £50. They didn't inform before you buy kit about extra cost!
Response from Better2Know· Jun 29, 2020
Dear Margaret, The kit you bought is called a nurse kit and does clearly state on the website that the sample needs to be taken by a healthcare professional. I am sorry your GP nurse did not take your sample, but I am afraid we cannot control that, they are their own business. You can go anywhere to have your sample taken you do not have to go to Ashlee Healthcare as you have said. The test you have bought is the Public Health England approved Abbott test for Covid 19 antibodies. I hope this helps you to use the kit, otherwise of course you can return it, there is not a £50 admin fee. Please call us so we can go through this with you.
