Speedy results at reasonable cost. Posted Blood sample on Tuesday evening... emailed result 13:35 next day. (Wednesday).

I had a fantastic experience I did 2 types of tests and they were fast with the delivery and as well with the results arrived in 24 hours all the staff of the call center was really friendly and polite they helped me with all my worries and a special thanks to Louise Wright who followed me from begging to the end I will certainly reuse your services thanks again

I recently needed a COVID PCR test to travel abroad for work. I called Better 2Know to clarify the process and they could have not be more helpful. After speaking with Richard who was extremely helpful and knowledgable I ordered my testing kit which arrived the next morning. Once I sent the test off I received an email to say it had been received and is being tested by Louise who kept me updated the whole way. Following this I revived a email 2 days later with my medical certificate and Pathological test. I couldn't recommend Richard, Louise and Margret enough who assisted getting this done in the most professional and effective manor!

Excellent service start to finish, test arrived very fast, emails always answered within minutes followed up by a phone call if required, results returned In under 24hours. I can’t fault their excellent service. Thank you Margaret and Louise for all your help.
