Thanks for letting us know! We get it—reviews can be a hassle. If you have any quick thoughts you’d rather share another way, just say the word. We’re all ears!

The desk didn't come with ANY of the screws needed to assemble. I then had to pay EXTRA just to have the screws shipped. Which took over a month to receive. Then I had to keep emailing them the same information to make sure that the right screws are being mailed, which it's a good thing I did because they were about to ship me the WRONG screws.

Hi Mika'eel, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with your order. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive an incomplete product and face delays in resolving the issue. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we truly regret the oversight. Upon reviewing your case, we acknowledge that our team should have immediately informed you about our 1-year warranty coverage, which includes free replacement parts for missing or defective components. It was our mistake not to clarify this upfront, and we take full responsibility for the miscommunication. Since you have already received the missing accessories, you can tell us your original order number in the email, and if it is still within the warranty period, we will refund the purchase amount of the accessories to your account. Again, we deeply apologize for the hassle this caused. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate your patience. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything else.

The mattress is decent quality. I wanted to purchase one that was made in 🇺🇸. My issue is with customer service and an additional charge for $14 that they claim was tax (after I paid in full) approximately 3 days after I had placed the order. 2 weeks back and forth with them, and they will not refund the illegal charge. My order was over $500 and it's the point that I shouldn't have been charged for what was listed as an (international shipping fee) as my banking institution told me.

Hi Jason, the total amout of this order we received was offered the details to you. About the extra charge $14.00 you can check the details if there is any information shows this payment. If we charged this, we can refund to you. But we didn't see this payment from our side. I will ask our staff to contact you for more information. Please don't worry, we will try our best to help you fix the issue. Thank you.

Even though I message my question over the Thanksgiving holiday, customer service got back to me with a detailed response immediately upon return. We love the gaming desk we bought for my daughter, just couldn’t figure out how to change the lighting colors since there was no remote. Customer service provided an image and instructions as well as the detail as to how to determine if our model was supplied a remote and we just hadn’t received it. Turns out, ours you switch manually with a series of buttons and that works just fine.
